Choosing the right coffee can be challenging. Of course the origin is a one of the key decision factors but there are many more. There is for example the processing of the coffee (what happens to the coffee cherry after harvest), which has a huge impact on the flavour profile. Each processing style has their own characteristics. We differentiate the following processing styles:

  1. Washed or Wet Processing  
  2. Natural or Dry Processing  
  3. Semi-Washed, everything in between actually
